About "VR Campers"

Hear It From Us

First, I want to thank you for taking time to read about us.

Second, you may be asking “So, who is this VR Campers and what in the world are you doing this for?”. 

Well Hello, I am Rick and my wife’s name is Vonceil.  I have retired from the U.S. Army after only 23+ years and that means that Vonceil has also.  Please do not ask about that time of service.  We have moved on and please move on with us.  I will say we have had a lot of great experiences and met a tremendous amount of great people, who serve and who support our Nation’s unsung heroes and workers.  We have worked in many different capacities since retiring from the Army.  We even obtained a Real Estate license in Texas.  We have left this all behind and sold our “sticks and bricks” home and all that goes with it.  So why would we want to do this?  We want to see what we don’t know.  We want to experience other cultures and ways of life.

So, what is VR Campers?  VR Campers is simply the name we chose to associate us with you.  Vonceil and Rick Campers.  We were originally toying with the idea of RVC or VRC and various other ways of our initials.  This leaded to our current title “VR Campers”, because we are full-time RV Campers.  Yes, we are full-time in our recreational vehicle home.

We want to share God and His Son Jesus with everyone.  We want to be a bridge for you to know how eternal salvation can be yours as well.  We are not experts but we do not hide our belief in the Holy Trinity, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

For this blog we are wanting to share our mistakes, joys, heartaches, achievements, and improvements to our lives as well as to our rig.  Here in this blog we will share travels, plans, tips we know and learn, and our purchases to improve our home.  The main goal is to take away questions and inspire dreams with abilities.  Yes, you as well as we will make mistakes.  That is how we learn and make the outcome better.  We share and build a knowledge base together.

I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor (or lack of), and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements brought us to start VR Campers and share with you.
