So this was our "Sticks and Bricks". This home is 3401 sq ft. on .97 acres. So, if you are wondering if you can move into a small space after living in a traditional Sticks and Bricks, you can if you desire to. We thought this was the idea of our "dream home". This home was brand new and never lived in till we bought it. It really was great, at first. Then we wanted to do more. Yes do more, but with a whole lot less.
